No right of withdrawal for food
Under § 312g (2) No. 2 BGB (German Civil Code), the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded. This exception applies to all freshly prepared food and drinks that you order from Pizzeria Legrazie.
As soon as we have accepted your order in the system, the order is binding.
For justified complaints
If something is wrong with your order (wrong delivery, poor quality, significantly late), please contact us immediately. We will find a fair solution.

Right of withdrawal for non-perishable goods
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to non-perishable products such as vouchers or gift cards. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To do so, send a clear statement (e.g. by email) to the contact details given above. We will refund all payments you have made without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days, using the same means of payment.
